I've been taking Garcinia Cambogia for about 5 months now, and this is a great brand and I would highly recommend them. I bought a store brand prior to purchasing these, and they were not as good and I didn't feel like they had any effect. I went on a search for a better quality because I was determined to find one that worked the way Dr. Oz was talking about on his show, and I decided on these. There are websites that charge an enormous amount of money and claim they're "Dr. Oz approved," and I skipped over those. Then I found these on Amazon and read the reviews and decided to give them a try. They are within a price range I can afford, and within a month of taking this brand, my appetite has diminished and my taste for sweets is almost non-existent (and I was a sugar addict before!). Also, after about 2 months of taking them, I started doing minimal leg exercises, and I could see my lower body starting to firm up much more quickly than it had before, meaning these are doing what Dr. Oz said they would do. If you're looking for a good brand at a reasonable price, this is it.
