This pen set is perfect for most stationery enthusiasts. The 0.3mm Hi-Tec-Cs work very well and the color selection is glorious in this collection. I have not had problems with ink skipping--I historically prefer ultra fine point writing instruments so I may be more used to working with these pens, but I think they should work just fine for anyone. Just make sure to place the cap back on in between uses so the tip doesn't dry out.
The packaging design keeps these pens nicely organized for easy access and the pens themselves are comfortable to handle. I'm glad Amazon provides a reliable source to purchase these pens outside of Japan.
